With Trustmark and PAS2030 accreditation, we also benefit from an in-house Retrofit Coordination team, who are on hand to assist in any retrofit decarbonisation schemes.

Chris Grint
Managing Director

Chris is Managing Director of CWG and has over 20 years’ experience in construction, specialising in roofing. This includes roles as a Site, Project and Contracts Manager. He oversees the company ensuring its success on every project, both commercially and with regards to quality and health and safety.

Chris maintains relationships with our client base including Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Building Consultancies, Main Contractors and Schools and Academies.

Chris drives excellence through continuous development; by investing in his team through training and by maintaining industry and manufacture accreditations and approvals.

Lee Allan
Pre Construction Director

Lee Joined us in 2016, bringing with him over 30 years’ experience of roofing and refurbishment projects in the public sector including Education, Healthcare and Residential.

At CWG Lee primarily manages our new projects and takes a lead role on managing all social value aspects of our projects ensuring that we deliver a lasting legacy within the communities in which we work.

Richard Couch
Construction Director

Richard has been with CWG since 2011 and has been responsible for all aspects of pre-construction activities as well as delivering a number of projects in live environments across all different sectors.

Richard has over 40 years experience in roofing and construction and oversees all of our projects at a high level, ensuring consistency and success in addition to running his own programmes of work. He assists with resource allocation and planning and programming including identifying Value Engineering and efficiency opportunities.

Chris Pearce
Operations Director

Chris has over 35 years’ experience of construction projects in the public sector including Education, Healthcare and Residential.  At CWG Chris primarily manages our occupied building projects, developing programmes and allocating resource to undertake the works.

Leader of our operations, Chris oversees all aspects of the project to ensure delivery is achieved safely, on-time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

David Osborne
SHEQ Manager

David is our dedicated in-house Health & Safety Manager. He has been in the industry for over 8 years after leaving school and joining the Army (Royal Armoured Corps) where he gained the role of Commander and qualified as a Combat Medic (RCMT 1).

David started his Health and Safety journey after leaving the Army in 2015, gaining NEBOSH General, Fire and Construction along with SMSTS and PTLLS.

David is also a Technical Member of IOSH and a first aid instructor, making him a very knowledgeable and helpful guy to have around!
